Carlos Ulberg is still champion and still rehabbing, with no interim and no title fight booked. UFC.com has matched its No. 2 and No. 5 light heavyweights, Jiří Procházka and Navajo Stirling, as a non-title main event on Nov. 21.
UFC.com’s Dec. 12 event page at T-Mobile Arena now lists three bouts: BMF champion Charles Oliveira vs. Diego Lopes, Alex Pereira vs. Sergei Pavlovich at heavyweight, and Joe Pyfer vs. Bo Nickal at middleweight.
Ciryl Gane is the undisputed heavyweight champion. His first defense is Josh Hokit at UFC 334 on Nov. 14 at Madison Square Garden. Athlete badges and rankings have caught up — Gane is Title Holder, and the rankings list him as champion.
Aspinall vacated the heavyweight title on Sept. 14 rather than hold the division while eye complications blocked medical clearance. This is that vacate record. UFC.com news on Sep. 20 elevated Ciryl Gane to undisputed and booked Josh Hokit for UFC 334.
Superseded. As of Sept. 13, Aspinall was still the listed heavyweight champion, Gane held the interim, and Dana White had opened a conversation — not a strip. Aspinall vacated Sept. 14; UFC.com elevated Gane on Sept. 20. See the vacate story and the Gane–Hokit story.
